This is my Cardrona presentation, It tells you what you can do and where to stay also how much it will cost.
Predator
Definition: An animal that lives by killing and eating other animals and an animal that preys on other animals.
My Animal: Fox
Questions:
What do foxes look like?
Where do foxes live?
What does the fox say?
How do they catch their food?
What It Looks Like: The forest fox is normally orange on the back and top of the head. It’s under body, top of their legs and around the mouth and nose is white and normally is has black paws. The normal size for an adult fox is a bit larger than a cat.
Habitat: There are different types of foxes and most live in different places. Some live in forests, deserts and even in the snow. Foxes that live in colder places have big fluffy white coats to blend in and foxes that live in the desert have a short orange gold coat to blend in the the sand.
Fox Sounds:
foxes have many different calls to signal different things, some just sound like high pitched dog barks, apart from the fighting bark, that one kind of sounds like an annoying bird. The fox howl sounds like loud whistling.
Hunting:
Fennec Fox - One of the fennec foxes meals are scorpions, the manage this because they harass the scorpion by quick nips and tapping it until it gets tired and the fennec fox is fast and it uses that to catch it’s other meals
Arctic Fox - The arctic fox normally dives into snow head first to catch mice or other small animals under the snow. Here is an interesting video about arctic fox hunting.

Computer & Book Safe
Computer & Book Safe
Introduction
A computer & book safe is an excellent option for a digital classroom the safe is more for a computer, but it would be easier is our books were there too. The three main points that I have come up with is Making things faster and learning even more, Not hurting your legs and Not dropping your computer and NOT getting it stolen. The computer & book safe is a really good idea, you will see.
Making things faster, learning even more
Having a safe right under the desks will make class go a lot faster and we can get into learning faster which means more learning. When you walk into the class and sit at your table and then the teacher tells you to go and get your computer you can either walk to the computer bay and get shoved and pushed and fall over or you can simply reach under your desk and pull out your computer or books.
Hurt your legs,Drop your computer.
Sometimes in the computer bay there are lots of chairs and when people are pushing and shoving its hard to see where you are going and you can easily crash into a chair and you hurt your knee and then you might have a sports to play after school and you will have to play with a bruised knee. Also you might have your computer in your hands and you're trying to get out of the computer bay and someone runs in and crashes into you and you drop your VERY EXPENSIVE computer on the floor and it breaks then you will have to get another VERY EXPENSIVE computer or be moved into another class without computer, but instead pens, pencils and paper!
It might get stolen.
When the bell rings and everybody gets up to go to lunch , its easy to forget to put your computer away and what if for some reason someone comes into to the class and sees your computer just sitting there ready for them to take it, but if we have a safe under our desk it will take the person longer to get the computer and then they will get caught and you won’t have to buy a new VERY EXPENSIVE computer.
Conclusion:
See a computer & book safe is an excellent idea. Because you won’t have to buy a new VERY EXPENSIVE computer or ge moved into a with computers and you won't’ have to play sports with a bruised knee. So why not?
Algebra Machine
For maths we were learning about algebra and we made a machine that times and minuses also it had to have a table and formula. I did red teeth to times it and bombs to minus the number.
The Three C's
How did we grab people’s attention right from the beginning?
Our movie advertisement started of white on black writing to start building tension.
Was our content relevant to our political party policies?
Most of it was because we explained our policy for the class, but we also wanted to add in a bit of humor with SCABS!!!
44
How did we give our audience a good idea about what our policies are?
We had cullen and Kayla say that we would like colourful comfortable furniture in our class
Was Our Ad Value For Money?
Half because it went really fast and cost a lot of money, but we did get to see our policies
What Was Successful About Our Ad?
We got to explain our policies

Plague/Black Death
What is the Plague?
The plague was is a deadly disease that causes painful swelling of lymph glands and also causes red dots that turn black that it got it’s name. It was spread by rats, but the fleas transmitted to humans and started the plague.
Has the Plague ever occurred before?
In the early 1330s an outbreak of the Plague or Black Death, it killed 20 - 25 million people all over Europe. Three Merchant ships docked after a trip to the Black Sea, most of the men aboard were already dead and those who were alive were extremely sick and close to death. In days it spread through the city and the surrounding countryside.
Are you able to cure the Plague?
One of the most popular treatment methods was aromatherapy which is where you use sweet smelling flowers to cure the Black Death if you were unable to get flowers you were to carry packets of herbs. Another was letting leaches clean your veins. If you couldn't afford you had to use a blade to cut into your vein which lead to other diseases.
Taste
TASTE,
Introduction:
The Taste Buds are a Sensory Organ. All the bumps on your tongue are called papillae. Scientist know the least about taste than any other sense. Taste buds have very sensitive tiny hairs.
What are the different tastes where are they found?
The tongue is split up into five different parts but there are four tastes. Bitter at the back, sour on both sides, sweet in the middle and sweet and salty right on the tip of your tongue.Taste buds are able to differentiate among different tastes through detecting interaction with different molecules or ions.
Why do we have a tongue?
Apart from helping us taste it also prevents us from swallowing poison, you can thank your taste buds for that. Controlled by eight muscles and four nerves, your tongue helps move foods and liquids down your esophagus.
How Does Tasting Work?
The little bumps on your tongue are papillae, most papillae contain taste buds. The tongue has 3,000 to 10,000 taste buds, taste buds have very sensitive tiny hairs. There are between 2,000 and 5,000 taste buds that are located from the back to the front of the tongue. Others are located on the roof, sides and the back of the mouth and in the throat. Each taste contains 50 to 100 receptor cells.
Parallogram
This is my parallelogram. First you start with a rectangle then you cut a triangle out and translate it to the other side. After that we measured to find the area.

Embarrassing Moment
This Is my writing on my most embarrassing moment, I am not quite done yet, but here is the first three scenes.
Embarrassing Moment
Going over the bridge I heard the sound of beeping cars surrounding ours and the cranes working hard, heaving the logs high up in the air. I wound down the window to get some fresh air, but all I got was big whiff of gas fumes from the thousands of cars crossing the bridge. I saw the boat sitting there at the docks waiting for us to aboard. I wiped my hand across the window to see more of the boat, my hand almost froze it was like ice.
As I grabbed my bag I looked up at the gigantic boat, I felt tiny. The gas fumes got stronger every step I took towards the boat. The sound of little kids crying, people murmuring and others saying farewells. As I took my first step on the boat I noticed the yellow and black stripes with the warning sign, I had never liked boats or planes and those signs just didn't help.
When we found our way to the bar area, I got a rush of warm air, I plopped my jacket and my bag onto the couch and flopped right on top. I saw a glass bar and some little Tv’s the size of a computer screen. The fumes were gone I could finally breath again and now all I could smell was beer and wine. I heard people yelling at the poor bar men, I felt sorry for them there was only two of them and about fifty people wanting drinks.

Sir Junkalot
Here is another post on descriptive writing.
Once again this post is not done yet.
Once again this post is not done yet.
This post is on a made up person named Sir Junkalot.
Let’s start with his name Sir Junkalot. He decided that because his name was Sir Junkalot that he would he would have plenty of junk, now when you think of junk you think smelly, old, disgusting things, but his junk is actually quite nice and flash. He has been collecting his fancy junk for over fifty years, so you can imagine how much there is. Alright enough about him let me tell you about his house. Right slap bang in the middle of his gigantic lawn there is the biggest water feature anyone has ever seen. It has a statue of an elephant and yes it is as big as an actual elephant, also it is made of real gold and it has diamond made tusks, eyes, toes and the end of it’s tail. While we are talking about diamonds I she mention that the pathways are made out of diamonds like little pebbles the diamonds are cut up into little round pebbles so that you don’t cut yourself when walking across.
Mr Glob
We are focusing on descriptive writing.
This is my description of Mr Glob.
Mr and Mrs Glob. There is only one way to describe Mr Glob. He has a sharp pointy nose it is almost as sharp as a newly bought pencil. Yes. It is that pointy. I am not exaggerating at all, He has a beard that it kind of looks like he doesn't know at all how to shave a beard. Parts of it are long almost as long as his arm hair. Some parts looks as if there has been no beard at all. He also has a bob hair cut, he says it makes him look and feel younger. I think it makes him look well UGLY, it looks like he has a bowl on his head how is that meant to make you look young? He has old grey cracked lips like a cat had come along and decided to slice them up. His eyes are small and squinty. His head is almost a rounded square. Here is the strangest thing about him and you can imagine how weird this must because of all the other strange things I have told you. One of his eyes are gold and the other dark green. Scary right.
7 Things You Don't Need To Know About me
This presentation is about some things that you don't need to know about me, but now you know them.
Kiwiana Homework, Acrostic Poem
For homework this week I decided to to the acrostic poem on the word Kiwiana. We had to pick two things from our homework document. I am doing a hard one and an easy one and this is the easy. I really like the bright colors and the pictures, I found it quite hard to kind a good picture on the A & P Show, but in the end I decided on a girl riding a horse was fine.
